MORRISTOWN, NJ - Morris Township will be participating in The Jersey Cares Annual Coat Drive. New and “Gently used” winter coats will be collected through December 13th at the Morris Townshiip Municipal Building, 50 Woodland Avenue. The municipal buidling is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:30am - 4:30pm and Wednesday from 8:30am - 7pm

Residents and local businesses from the area can donate coats to the organization by bringing their donations to the collection box located in the lobby of the Morris Township Municipal Building    The annual coat drive collects and distributes coats to men, women and children throughout New Jersey.  

According to Jersey Cares, the organization plans to collect and distribute more than 30,000 “gently used” winter coats to men, women and children in need throughout New Jersey through The 22nd Annual Jersey Cares Coat Drive. Over the past twenty years, Jersey Cares has collected, sorted and distributed more than 500,000 coats for New Jersey residents through our annual coat drive. 

The cold has arrived, donate a coat today.
