Nikolovski and Chef Roel DeVilla, the new managers at Tiff’s Grill and Ale House are both young and full of energy. Part of what they bring is a fresh look and relatability to the customer base. When asked what they bring to the table they both said a younger more energetic style of managing. When asked what their favorite dish and drink was; they had different opinions.

Nikolovski's was the Chicken Cardinal made with free range, hormone free chicken and his favorite beer was the Brooklyn Blast. Chef Roel’s was the create your own pasta which features the best in locally grown ingredients, and a nice Belivini Scotch.

Looks like you’ll have to go in and decided for yourself. We don’t think you’ll be disappointed.
