MADISON, NJ -  Stars are aligned this year. The Madison Chamber of Commerce's 2015 “Halloween Hoopla,” is expected to be even more popular this year because it lands exactly on Halloween Day on Saturday, October 31 starting at 12:15p.m.

Children and their parents are invited to attend a Halloween costume parade followed by a magic show and trick-or-treating in the downtown business area.

Businesses with an orange pumpkin sign in there window are participating and sure to have candy. Madison is one of few local towns that has a big parade throughout town and encourages business participation and trick-or-treating.
