MORRISTOWN, NJ - Jillian Barrick assumed the position of Business Administrator for Morristown on October 13. Before coming to Morristown, Barrick was the City Administrator for East Orange and manager of the operating budget for Perth Amboy. Barrick's background includes an undergraduate degree from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Rutgers Newark.

"We are very excited to bring Jillian Barrick’s broad experience, municipal insights and management skills to the Town of Morristown", wrote Morristown Mayor Tim Dougherty. 

Barrick is replacing Michael Rogers, who has been the Town's Business Administrator for the past nine years. Rogers is leaving his post in Morristown for a new leadership role in Summit. 

"Michael made many positive contributions to the revitalization of Morristown and he will be missed", wrote  Mayor Dougherty. "Michael has my best wishes in all of his future endeavors".
