MORRISTOWN – The Morristown High School field hockey team notched its third straight victory by defeating Mendham, 3-2, on the road Friday night.

The Colonials improved to .500 and 9-9 on the year. Morristown put in two first-half goals and added another in the second half. Brittany Hoftijzer scored two goals and added an assist and Morgan Mastracchio added a goal and assist. The team finished with 18 shots on goal.

Morristown goalie Emily Prachthauser made seven saves.
