MORRISTOWN, NJ - The 2019 season started just the way 2018 ended, as the Colonials lost to Randolph 50-15 in their season opener. A trio of Randolph Rams had multi-TD games as their offense rolled all over the Colonial defense.

Jackson Willette had the Colonials moving the entire game, and the offense definitely improved from a
year ago as they were moving the ball with efficiency. Turnovers and big plays allowed were the difference in the game.

Morristown’s five 1 st half possessions all saw them getting inside the Randolph 30-yard line without scoring.

The Morristown offense managed to get in the end zone a couple times in the 2 nd half, James Benson
and Quron Lattimore scored for the Colonials.

Jimmy Peppe finished with a rush, receiving and return touchdown, all in the 2 nd half. Danny Glicman and
Justin Townsend also had 2 touchdowns each for the Rams. The big plays by the Randolph offense did the Colonials in, 4 plays of 50+ yards for a touchdown in the
game allowed it to get out of hand.

Morristown will look for their first win of the season, and a better defensive showing against Mendham
next week.
