MORRISTOWN, NJ - Despite the drizzle and cooler temperatures on Saturday, the Morristown girls soccer team overpowered Jefferson, 4-0, on their home field. 

Junior Sarah Cunningham scored two goals for Morristown. Holly Burns and Olivia Perry each netted a goal which propelled Morristown over Jefferson, 4-0 at halftime.

Neither team scored in the second half of the game. Morristown Goalie Sarah Wilson was credited with one save. Taylor Langan was credited with nine saves for Jefferson.

The Lady Colonials will travel to Millburn on Wednesday, Sept. 16 for their next game.
