MORRISTOWN, NJ - This week marks the opening season for Morristown High School's fall sports. Upcoming matchups include boys and girls soccer, football, cross country, field hockey, tennis and volleyball.
On Tuesday, the cross country varsity team will travel to Greystone Central Park at 3:30 to participate in the NJAC.
On Wednesday, the boys and girls soccer teams will both face Montville High School(4pm). The girls will travel to Montville while the boys will face their opponent on their home field. The varsity girls tennis team will face Mendham High School at 4pm at FMS. The varsity girls volleyball team will travel to Ridge High School to face the Red Devils(5:30pm).
On Thursday, the cross country team will travel to Metuchen High School for a varsity meet(4pm). The varsity field hockey team will face Mendham at home (4pm). The girls varsity volleyball team is also on their home court when they face Mendham High School(4pm). The tennis team will travel to FMS to face West Orange High School(4pm).
On Friday, the tennis team will travel to face Pope John XXII (4pm) The football team will play under the lights against Montville High School(7pm)
On Saturday, the girls tennis team travel to Livingston for a 9:45am match. The varsity field hockey team will travel to Mt. Olive for a 2pm game and the girls varsity soccer team will face Jefferson Township High School on Harter Field (3pm)
