MORRISTOWN, NJ - Morristown High School student Sheetal Bangalore was among the students honored as the Mayo Performing Arts Center Music Students of the month. Students were from Morristown, Chester, Parsippany, Roxbury, Randolph, Rockaway, Budd Lake, Kinnelon and Mendham.
Bangalore was nominated by David Gallagher. Gallagher said, "Sheetal is a phenomenal musician and one of the top flautists in the high school band program. She is also an accomplished piccolo player. She has performed in numerous honor bands at the area and region level in addition to participating in the high school wind ensemble, and Tri-M Music Honor Society. She is always looking to take her performance to the next level and is amazing at sharing her talents with the music program and helping the underclassmen in her section".
