MORRISTOWN, NJ -  The 72nd Annual Halloween Parade took place Sunday October 26. The parade was led by the Morristown High School Marching Band.

The festivities began at 2:00 p.m. when the marching band played the theme from Ghostbusters as they led the parade around the high school track.  Kids of all ages gathered and followed the band as they happily and proudly showed off their Halloween costumes.

The Halloween Parade is sponsored by The Morristown Recreation Department.   “The Recreation Department likes to add something different each year.  This year, we have added a game called Guess the Food Object.  People have to reach into a bag and feel around and guess what food they are touching,” added Tim Roetman, Recreation Supervisor, Town of Morristown

In addition to The Food Game, members of the community had the opportunity to get their face painted and competed in a costume contest. The smiles on the faces of both kids and adults proved the day to be fun for all.
