MORRISTOWN, NJ - On Wednesday, Morristown Medical Center broke ground on a two-story expansion of its nationally recognized Gagnon Cardiovascular Institute. The expansion will add 72 private patient rooms, and additional space for best-in-class cardiac imaging technology.
In recognition of Morristown Medical Center’s 125h Anniversary in 2017, Morristown Medical Center President Trish O’Keefe, PhD, RN (center), used a silver shovel first used to break ground at 100 Madison Avenue in 1949, when then-Morristown Memorial Hospital was relocating from Morris Street to its present location (article attached).
