MORRISTOWN, NJ - Nicole Rhoades pitched five shutout innings to lead 13th-seeded Morristown's 10-0 softball victory over No. 20 Villa Walsh in the preliminary round of the Morris County Tournament on Friday.

 Ada Peterson scored three runs and drove in two while Victoria Kapp contributed two hits and two RBI for the Colonials. Rhoades struck out nine and gave up three hits in her five innings of work for Morristown. 

The Lady Colonials will travel to face no. 4 seed Morris Knolls on Tuesday April 28.
