WARREN, NJ -  The Watchung Hills Choir's recording of Bruce Springsteen's "Santa Claus Is Comin' To Town" has been selected as High School Division Winner of  NJ 101.5's Christmas Choir Music Contest and will receive a cash prize of $1,000.
With more than 96,000 total online votes the winners are:

·Elementary School Division Winner ($1,000) – Franklin Elementary, Westfield (Union County)

·Middle School Division Winner ($1,000) – Marlboro Middle School, Marlboro (Monmouth County)

High School Division Winner ($1,000) – Watchung Hills Regional High School, Warren (Somerset County) under the direction of Angela Dilorio Bird

· Grand Champion Receiving the MOST overall votes (Brand New Piano from Worldwide Piano) ………..Marlboro Middle School Chorale, under the direction of Julianne Chandler

Since November 30, NJ 101.5 has been featuring finalists in the 6th annual Christmas Choir contest.  
  • There is a  winning school choir in each category (elementary, middle and high schools). The choir receiving the most votes is declared the overall winner.
  • Winners in each category receive a $1,000 cash prize and the overall grand prize winner receives a piano courtesy of Worldwide Piano.
