ROSELLE PARK, NJ - Roselle Park Loves Arts is holding an “Open Call for Artists” for the 3rd annual Arts in the Street Festival in downtown Roselle Park.
“We are accepting entries for 2D, 3D, mixed media, photography and sculpture,” says Pam Reinoso coordinator of the event. “This is an excellent opportunity to exhibit and sell your creations,”
The link to the application can be found by clicking here. Applications have a $25 administrative fee.
The festival is an annual day long celebration of all the arts featuring local, statewide and professional artists in a variety of media. Visitors experience an outdoor showcase of artists, master classes, discussions of film, animation, gaming, dance, music, and more. Last year over 3000 people were served at the event. This year cash awards will be introduced in several categories for the Art Walk.
The festival will take place on Saturday, September 23, from 1p.m. to 6 p.m. or 9 p.m. (if staying for Music Festival) in the downtown area of Chestnut Street, Roselle Park.
The event is sponsored by Kean University, Union County Board of Chosen Freeholders, Roselle Park 24/7, TAPinto Roselle Park.net and the Borough of Roselle Park.
