MORRISTOWN, NJ - For parents, guardians and students looking to plan for the following school year, the Morris School District  has released the calendar for the 2018-2019 academic year.  The first day of school for students will be Thursday Sept. 6.

24 - 31: Winter Break

 

January 2019

 1: New Year's Day - No School

21: Martin Luther King Jr. Day - No School

 

February

18-19: Presidents' Day

 

March

13-14: half day middle school/high school

20-21: half day elementary school

 

April

19-26: Spring Break

 

May

27: Memorial Day

 

June

24: Middle School Graduation

25: High School Graduation

25: Last day of school

There are five emergency days built into the calendar. Unused days will be deducted from the end of the school year.
