ROXBURY, NJ - A school bus fire Tuesday morning forced the closure of Route 206 in Roxbury. The bus was not from the Roxbury school district.

The fire was reported at about 10:15 a.m. according to the Breaking News Network (BNN) which monitors police, fire and first-aid radio alerts. BNN said police reported no occupants were on the bus, which was stopped on the northbound side of the highway near The Market Place.

Megan Koch, an employee of the establishment, said the only person on the bus was the driver.

At 10:37 a.m,, BNN said incident command at the scene was closing the highway to traffic for at least two hours.

Roxbury Schools Superintendent Loretta Radulic said the bus was not from Roxbury.
