EATONTOWN, NJ — The search continues for a 9-year-old Pomeranian stolen from the Monmouth County Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals on Christmas Eve.
The small, light brown and white dog named “Tub Tub” was taken from the facility at 260 Wall Street at about 12:30 p.m. on December 24, according to SPCA officials.
“His microchip has been reported stolen and we are checking our cameras and doing everything else we can to track this boy down,” according to its Facebook page.
SPCA employees were made aware that the dog was missing when its adoptive owner arrived on Sunday to pick him up.
