MADISON, NJ - STRYXE in Madison continues to surprise guests with culinary inspirations typical of a top New York restaurant, featured within a boutique style entertainment venue located at 300 Main Street with Chef Rolf's new summer menu.

"Customers are starting to understand what and who we are.  Great bowling and state of the art entertainment for sure, with the addition of our new summer menu we are continuing to move forward with the notion that our guests may also come here simply for a great seasonal meal," said Chef Rolf.

Some of the STRYXE summer specialties menu items include: seared Branzino, veal osso buco and Jersey giant scallop.

"We are taking the concept of what a bowling alley was by modernizing it with fantastic food, great drinks and a superb atmosphere," said Chef Rolf. "There is no reaaon you cannot expect to have it all."
