Hackettstown, N.J. - May 10, 2017 - On Thursday, May 4, 2017, Subaru 46 in Hackettstown N.J. presented Foundation for Hackettstown Medical Center with a check for $18,235 as a result of their Subaru Shares the Love Event. From Nov. 17, 2016, to Jan. 3, 2017, Subaru of America Inc. donated 250 dollars for every new Subaru vehicle sold or leased to the customer's choice of the following charities: ASPCA®, Make-A-Wish, Meals on Wheels America and National Park Foundation. In addition to the four national charity partners, Subaru retailers selected a hometown charity for their customers to support.

Hackettstown’s own Subaru 46 chose the Foundation for Hackettstown Medical Center to be their hometown charity. However, they didn’t just stop there, Subaru 46 also gave their customers an extra incentive, choose the Foundation for Hackettstown Medical Center to receive a donation from Subaru, and Subaru 46 will donate an additional 100 dollars to the Foundation for Hackettstown Medical Center for each sold or leased vehicle. Thanks to the efforts of the sales team at Subaru 46 and the dedicated work of the Natale family, Subaru 46 raised over eighteen thousand dollars for their neighboring hospital.

“It has always been extremely important to our store to give back to the community and give back to the place we call home. The hospital’s Foundation was the perfect fit, and we look forward to partnering with them for many years to come,” said Nicollette Natale, General Sales Manager of Subaru 46.
