Published in partnership with Multifamily Executive, ORA Power Rankings are based on a compilation of a community’s ratings across a variety of review sites. A score based on a scale of 0 to 100 is assigned to over 64,000 properties across the United States. While the average ORA score in New Jersey is 62, The Metropolitan at 40 Park scored 91.

Additionally, Roseland announced that The Metropolitan at 40 Park is a recipient of the SatisFacts Resident Satisfaction Insite® Award, recognizing the remarkable service that is delivered to residents daily. To qualify for the award, a community must receive a combined score of 4.5 or higher across all sections of its Insite Survey, and must have a minimum of 100 completed surveys.

“The Metropolitan at 40 Park’s high ORA rating is a testament to the first-class service that every member of our staff delivers to residents daily,” said Stacey Dratch, director of operations at The Metropolitan at 40 Park. “Our team is proud of the unique lifestyle that residents of the community enjoy, and we’ll continue to work hard at maintaining a high spot on the list by constantly utilizing resident feedback to improve the living experience.”

The residences at The Metropolitan at 40 Park are equipped with hardwood floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a marble vanity in the master bathroom, and a full-size washer and dryer.

Residents have exclusive access to a wide variety of state-of-the-art amenities, including a 2,500-square-foot rooftop terrace, a clubroom with a billiard table, lounge, and computer stations, a game room, and conference room.
