NEW JERSEY -  All U.S. and New Jersey flags will be flown at half-staff today on all state buildings and facilities in honor of U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Richard Asey Samaroo.  Governor Murphy signed an executive order directing all flags to be flown at half staff today, Monday, November 23 to honor Samaroo. 

Samaroo, who is from North Brunswick tragically passed away while on active duty in South Korea.
