MORRIS COUNTY PARK POLICE  BLOTTER 5-24 through 5-25, 2017

5/24: ARREST FOR NARCOTICS/D.W.I.: Officers executed a motor-vehicle stop for an equipment violation in Pequannock. An investigation led to Patrick R. Cahill, age 21, to be charged with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Driving While Intoxicated, and several other violations. He was lodged in the Morris County Correctional Facility pending a court appearance.

5/24: MISSING JUVENILE: Officers were dispatched to Hedden County Park in Randolph on a 15-year-old juvenile reported missing from Bloomfield and heading to Hedden County Park. He was eventually located.

5/24: ARREST FOR WARRANTS: Officers observed a local ordinance violation at Hedden County Park in Randolph. An investigation revealed that Hope A. Lombardi, age 33, of Randolph, to have two warrants for failure to appear in Roxbury and Randolph Municipal Courts. She was released with new court dates pending.

5/25: ARREST FOR WARRANTS: Officers executed a motor-vehicle stop for a moving violation in Hedden County Park in Randolph. An investigation revealed that Nicholas K. Santaniello, age 25, of Roxbury, to have two warrants for failure to appear in Westfield Municipal Court. He was released with a new court date pending.

5/25: MEDICAL EMERGENCY: Officers were dispatched to Historic Speedwell Village in Morristown on a report of a 43-year-old female suffering a seizure. E.M.S. also responded.

5/25: ARRESTS FOR WARRANTS: Officers observed a suspicious person in Dover. An investigation revealed that William M. Brooks, age 37, of Dover, to have two warrants for failure to appear in Morristown and Netcong Municipal Courts. He was turned over to the custody of the Morristown Police Department.
