Jeffrey K. Miller MD is a Board certified in orthopedic surgery and fellowship trained in hand surgery, Dr. Jeffrey K. Miller offers the highest level of personalized care to patients with disorders of the hand, wrist and elbow. His commitment to his patients is evident in the amount of time he devotes to them, listening to their symptoms and concerns, thoroughly explaining his diagnosis and discussing treatment options. “I see myself more as a hand doctor than a hand surgeon,” he says. “When patients come to me, I don’t immediately think of what operation I can do. Rather, I first look at nonsurgical treatment options. Therapy, an injection, casting, ergonomic adjustments or other non operative measures are often the best treatment. Surgery is sometimes an option, but frequently it’s not the treatment of choice.”
