MORRIS COUNTY PARK POLICE  BLOTTER 9-11 through 9-16, 2017

9/11: ARRESTS FOR NARCOTICS: Officers observed a local ordinance violation in the Tourne County Park in Denville. An investigation led to Grant M. Gallagher, age 22, of Englishtown, and Sarah A. Melamed, age 22, of Montville, to be charged with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Being Under the Influence of a Controlled Dangerous Substance. They were both released with a court date pending.

9/11: ARREST FOR DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED: Officers executed a motor-vehicle stop for a moving violation in Parsippany. An investigation led to Blake H. Robert, age 24, of Dover, to be charged with Driving While Intoxicated and several other motor-vehicle violations. He was released with a court date pending.

9/11: ARREST FOR WARRANT: Officers executed a motor-vehicle stop for a moving violation in Jefferson. An investigation revealed Pyong K. Pak, age 42, of Mahwah, to have a warrant for failure to appear in Palisades Park Municipal Court. He was able to post the required bail and released with a new court date pending.

9/16: ARREST FOR DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED: Officers executed a motor-vehicle stop for a moving violation in Washington Township. An investigation led to Rita Conte, age 65, of Morris Plains, to be charged with Driving While Intoxicated. She was released with a court date pending
