New Exhibit Cholera to COVID-19: Epidemics, Pandemics & Disease Opens at METC

Cholera to COVID-19: Epidemics, Pandemics, & Disease opens on September 22, 2020. This exhibit explores America’s experience with infectious diseases. Primary source documents and historic objects will highlight how physicians used to diagnose and treat patients. This exhibit intends to reveal the impact disease had upon daily life, but more importantly how resilient Americans were throughout instances of widespread illness.

METC is currently open by reservation only. To visit the new exhibit, call 973-377-2982 ext. 13 or email operations@metc.org to make your appointment.

MORRISTOWN, NJ - The number of COVID-19 cases in Morristown have increased to 661, said officials. That is an increase of two overnight.

As of today, there are 1,663 new positive cases in the state with 14 new confirmed COVID-19 deaths in the state. Morris County has one new confirmed COVID-19 death.
