MORRISTOWN, NJ - The third and final public information session regarding planned improvements to the Columbia Turnpike Bridge in Florham Park is set to take place Wednesday December 12 from 5:30pm - 8pm at the Hyatt House in Morristown.
The goal of the project is to address structural deficiencies of the bridge and to increase safety for motorists. A study is being conducted by the county and the North Jersey Transportation Planning Authority to determine the appropriate improvements for the 90 year old bridge. The purpose of this final information session is to inform the public about the plan for a preliminary preferred alternative.
The members of the study will present information and answer questions at the information session on Wednesday.
