Why do it?

Only 1 in 5 women are going into computer science but Girls Who Code alumni choose to study computer science at fifteen times the national average! Our Clubs are making a difference.

Clubs can be hosted at schools, non-profits, libraries, community organizations and more. No computer science skills are necessary to start a free Club. Each Club works on a project that impacts their community https://hq.girlswhocode.com/project-gallery and qualifies for our $300 Clubs fund.

We have 6,500 Clubs in the U.S. and we hope to add more here in New Jersey.
