MORRISTOWN, NJ - The community is invited to Washington's Headquarters Museum on Sunday May 20 to enjoy a piano recital featuring Hungarian pianist Peter Toth.
The free piano recital will take place at 1pm at the national Historical Park's Washington Headquarters Museum; 30 Washington Place.
Toth will play the park's 1873 Steinway Grand piano that will feature:
Frederic Chopin: Polonaise in C sharp minor, Op. 26, No. 1
Frederic Chopin: Three Nocturnes, Op. 15
1. F major
2. F sharp major
3. G minor
Franz Liszt: Ballade in B minor, S. 171
Franz Liszt: Hungarian Rhapsody No. 2
According to a press release from the historical park, Toth is said to be one of the most recognized artists of his generation. The release states that he has performed in countries in Europe, South America, and Asia. 011.
