MORRIS COUNTY, NJ -  The Town of Morristown is reporting 28 cases of Coronavirus. According to a message from Mayor Tim Dougherty there are 12 females and 16 males that have tested positive. The average age range of  cases is 24 to 79 years. . There were 16,547 negative test results, as reported to the state by the state lab.

Statewide, there is a total of 8.825 cases, with 105 confirmed deaths; with 319 cases in Morris County.

"We urge everyone to stay home as much as possible and strictly adhere to the social distancing and personal hygiene recommendations that have been widely disseminated", said Mayor Dougherty. "I want to extend a personal thank you to you all for your patience and cooperation as we work to navigate this exceedingly difficult time."
