If you do not have a primary care physician, Atlantic Health Systems has established a COVID-19 triage nurse who can be reached at (973) 971-6117".

In the days and weeks ahead, please continue to watch for any symptoms consistent with COVID-19  in members of your household, they said. If symptoms develop, contact your primary care physician, the triage nurse, or the local health department to receive further instructions.
