MORRISTOWN, NJ -  A group of Morristown residents are working together to help make sure dozens of elderly residents don't go hungry. Roughly 75 elderly Morristown residents on Early Street have had their meal programs suspended and are now facing food insecurity, said organizers.

The group is currently looking for restaurants and community members to commit to helping feed these community members.

"Because we’re in this together", wrote organizers on Facebook. "It’s our duty to pick up the slack! We are currently looking for restaurants in town to commit to donating a lunch for next week".
