MORRISTOWN, NJ - The Town of Morristown has partnered with the United States Census Bureau to provide announcements and important information to all residents of Morristown, announced town officials.
Participating in the Census is a vital civic duty for all Americans. Every year, the Federal budget appropriates roughly $675 billion for local programs and services. If communities don’t get counted, they risk losing funding for these programs.
This year, the census will allow citizens to submit their responses online and over the phone. Responding is safe, easy and important. All the data collecting is kept confidential and not shared with any other Federal, State or local department or organization, stated town officials.
Morristown officials will be providing additional details regarding how and when to respond.
