MORRIS TOWNSHIP, NJ - Yardwaste is being collected in Morris Township for residents only (no contractors) on July 13 for Zone 1 and on July 20 for Zone 2, announced township officials.

According to the announcement, curbside pickup includes: grass clippings, leaves, plant waste, and light brush. All yard waste must be placed in 32 gallon garbage cans. Light brush may should be tied with string in bundles no longer than 4 feet, or placed in 32 gallon standard garbage cans cut to the height of the garbage can, they said.

There can be no plastic bags, dirt, logs, roots or stumps included in the pickup.
