Incorporating stretching into your daily workouts is a given, but including it in your day routine is just as important to health and body functioning as regular exercise. Stretching relaxes your muscles and increases blood flow and nutrients to your cartilage and muscles.
Beginner Spin Classes - Spinning 101 - Introductory Classes 30-Minute Beginner Classes; 4 Date/Time Options: Wednesday, January 17th & 24th (6:15 - 6:45pm) and Sunday, January 21st & 28th (10:30 - 11:00am)
Junior Squash - Winter Squash Session II A class for your young athlete. Classes range from beginners to advanced players, ages 7-18. It's not too late to register! Registration fills quickly, so register today. Classes begin the first week of January.
