MORRISTOWN, NJ - Thirty year old, Adam J. Kylmko, a police officer with the Morris Plains Police Department has been arrested, announced the Morris County Prosecutor Fredric M. Knapp, Acting Chief of Investigations Christoph Kimker, and Morris Plains Police Chief Michael Koroski.

Kylmko was charged with one count of theft by unlawful taking, a crime of the third degree.

Authorities did not state what Kylmko is charged with taking but did state that the charge is not related to his duties as a police officer.
