Mayor Dougherty said the number of positives are up four today.

"They are starting to see a pattern", said Dougherty. "The pattern is 20 year olds.Younger people are coming down with coronavirus".

The mayor believes the increase in this age group is due to the fact that "possibly this age group is not wearing masks enough or not social distancing enough".

Mayor Dougherty is making a direct call to the youth and twenty and thirty year olds, "please wear your masks when you are walking downtown. Please keep your social distancing and wash your hands alot". If you are not sitting down at a table, wear your mask".
