MONTVILLE, NJ – On Nov. 29, TAPinto Montville reported that a substitute teacher at Cedar Hill Elementary School told first graders that Santa did not exist. In addition, the sub told the kids that the Tooth Fairy, the Elf on the Shelf, and the Easter Bunny are all fake as well. Parents in Montville were extremely upset and angry on social media, calling for the firing of the teacher.

On Dec. 4, Superintendent of Montville Township Public Schools René Rovtar released a statement that the substitute is no longer working in Montville schools.
