Morris Plains Man Hits Pedestrian on Route 206

HILLSBOROUGH, NJ - Police have identified a 43-year-old Manville resident as the pedestrian killed on Route 206 Nov. 24.

Police say Miguel Martinez Cuellar was crossing the state highway just north of Partridge Road at 7:39 p.m. when he was hit by a car. The driver of the car has been identified as Hao Wang, 52, of Morris Plains. Cuellar was pronounced dead at the scene.
