MORRISTOWN, NJ- The Colonials boys’ basketball team dropped their 4 th straight game on Wednesday night at home to Randolph by a score a 64-61. Morristown (5-16) took the 17-5 Rams to the wire at
Morristown High School behind 20-points from Ray Mundrick.
Morristown took a 17-12 lead into the 2 nd quarter and trailed by 1 at the half. They will look to snap their losing skid their next time out against Morris Catholic on Saturday.
On the road, the girls’ team lost to unbeaten Montville for a 3 rd time this season, by a score of 64-43, for their 3 rd straight loss.
The Colonials were outscored by 20 points in the 2 nd and 3 rd quarter combined in a losing effort. Kolby Lynch led Morristown with 15-points. Michaela Lattimore chipped in 10-points.
The Colonials now sit at 13-8 and will look to snap their skid against River Dell next Thursday.
