MORRISTOWN – The seventh-seeded Morristown High School girls soccer team lost to second-seeded Randolph 3-1 in penalty kicks after the teams played to a 1-1 tie after 100 minutes in the quarterfinal round of the NJSIAA North Jersey, Section 1, Group 4 tournament on Nov. 1 in Randolph.

The Rams advanced to the North 1, Group 4 semis, where they will meet sixth-seeded West Orange.

The Colonials conclude the season with an 11-3-5 record, losing all three matches to Randolph this season.

Morristown came in on a four-match winning streak, winning three of those by shutout.
