MORRISTOWN, NJ – The Morristown High School wrestling fell to Morris Knolls, 54-15, as the teams met on Wednesday night in Morristown. 

The Colonials won four matches. Starting with 106 pounds, Mason Gervasio’s earned a 6-0 decision over Morris Knolls’ Jake Perno, giving Morristown its first three points. 

Morris Knolls went on to win the next six matches from 113 to 145, with four pins.

The Colonials’ Connor Watson pinned Knolls’ Gavin Braun in 1:36 at 152. Eric Jackson (160) and Ryan Jackson (170) had 3-1 decisions for Morristown in the next two weights. 

Morristown fell to 4-3 on the season. 

The Colonials will meet Pequannock Saturday morning.
