Tri-Harder Kid's Triathlon Comes to Morris Township July 15

MORRIS TOWNSHIP, NJ - The Tri-Harder Kid's Triathlon Series is coming to Ginty Community Pool on Saturday July 15. The event focuses on participation and the importance of physical activity rather than places and scores. The event provides participants with general times and ribbons are given to all registrants. 

Participants ages 4 through 14 will swim, bike and run at the Ginty Pool and Field Complex.

Ages 4 -6 will swim 25 yards, bike 1/2 mile and run a 1/2 mile.

Ages 7-8 will swim 25 yards, bike 1 mile and run a 1/2 mile.

Ages 9-10 will swim 50 wards, bike 2 miles, and run 1/2 mile.

Ages 11-12 will swim 75 yards, bike 2 miles and run 1 mile.

Ages 13-14 will swim 100 yards, bike 2 miles and run 1 mile.

Other triathalon events will be held in West Milford on July 29, Randolph on August 5,  Denville on August 12 and Hanover on August 19. Pre-registration is required and a registration fee of $15 will be collected at time of registration. Registration will close Thursday August 13.
