FREE ALZ/Dementia Caregivers Support Group

WESTFIELD, NJ - FREE Alzheimer’s/Dementia Support Group to take place September 18, 2015 at the Presbyterian Church in Westfield Jewish Family Service of Central NJ, a non-sectarian health and social service agency, will be hosting an Alzheimer’s/Dementia Caregiver Support Group on Friday, September 18, 2015 at the Presbyterian Church, 140 Mountain Avenue, Westfield, NJ, from 10 AM- Noon.

The group is free and open to Alzheimer’s/Dementia caregivers in the community and is run in accordance with the Alzheimer’s Association of NJ guidelines. Participants are welcome to join the group at any time. In addition to the support group, JFS offers a specialized Alzheimer’s and Dementia Family Care Program which is funded by grants from the Westfield Foundation, the Healthcare Foundation of NJ, Merck Inc., and Wells Fargo Foundations.
