A free Teen Anxiety Support Group will be held from 4 to 5 p.m from Friday, Feb. 2 to Friday, April 13, at Resolve Community Counseling Center, 1830 Front St., Scotch Plains.

Join our 10-week support group to learn practical and effective techniques to reduce anxiety by challenging negative self-talk, learning relaxation skills, increasing self-esteem, distress tolerance and much more!
