Over 300 guests attended Imagine’s 6th annual breakfast fundraiser, Seasons of Hope, on June 8th, 2017 at Shackamaxon Country Club in Scotch Plains.  “The event raised funds for Imagine to start a fifth Night of Support this fall serving bereaved children and families, and to expand our education and outreach programs in the community” said Dr. Jennifer Simpson of Westfield, Imagine Treasurer and member of the Board of Trustees.  "We especially want to thank the Glasser Foundation for offering an incredibly generous matching grant in the amount of $50,000; our event sponsors, ConnectOne Bank and Northfield Bank, as well as the many businesses and individuals that contributed in support of the breakfast.”

Located in Mountainside, Imagine offers free year-round grief support groups for children ages 3-18 who are coping with loss due to the death of a parent or sibling or other significant family members, or who are coping with a family member with a terminal or chronic physical illness.  Concurrent support groups are available for parents and guardians of the children and for young adults ages 18-30.  Support groups meet Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings.

Imagine is completely privately funded through the generosity of our donors, and our work is only made possible through their support. For more information please contact Imagine at 908-264-3100 or www.imaginenj.org .
