Whether you are a competing equestrian, a pleasure rider, or someone who loves horses — everyone can do something to ensure that America's horses live in comfort and with purpose and dignity. Help protect America's horses and inspire all horse lovers to become horse protectors.

For US Equestrian member, the #RideForHorses membership includes participation in the EQUUS Foundation/US Equestrian Best Performance Competition for the competition year starting on Dec. 1.

Local shows that are participating include the American Gold Cup; Baymar Farms Inc; Buffalo International Horse Show, Devon Horse Show & Country Fair, Hampton Classic Horse Show; Lake Placid Horse Show Association, Old Salem Farm; Pennsylvania National Horse Show; Skidmore College and Woodedge.

The Best Performance Competition is currently limited to shows associated with the hunter/jumper disciplines. The foundation’s goal is to offer the Best Performance Competition to all US Equestrian disciplines.
