Junior Woman's Club of Westfield hosts Coat Drive for The Elizabeth Coalition to House the Homeless

WESTFIELD, NJ - The Junior Woman's Club of Westfield (JWC) is hosting a Coat Drive for the Elizabeth Coalition to House the Homeless. The Coalition, through its many programs, provides assistance to hundreds of men, women, and children who are homeless,  Please drop off your clean, gently used coats during library hours between October 19-30, 2015.  Coats for children, men, and women are needed. Gloves and hats are welcome too.

The JWC is an organization of dynamic women who are committed to bettering the community through volunteer efforts, hands-on service and fundraising,  Each year we hold a coat drive, diaper drive, volunteer for the Paul Jackson Fund, participate with Mobile Meals, and host the Town Spelling Bee. This year our annual fundraiser will take place on Friday, January 29th at the VFW in Kenilworth and will benefit a local organization: Unchained At Last.
