MOUNTAINSIDE, NJ - On a recent Sunday, the Mountainside Elks Lodge hosted their monthly pancake breakfast to a steady flow of guests. The all-you-can-eat breakfast includes pancakes, eggs, sausage, toast and breakfast beverages. All food was prepared and cooked by the Elks members.

Lodge president Vincent Ditta of Cranford manned the grills, flipping pancakes and hash browns while guests were served the all-you-can-eat buffet.

For Ditta, it's a family affair with his wife, Val, and son, Steve, by his side.
