Ramen & Sushi Burrito Restaurant Opens in Westfield

WESTFIELD, NJ — Inspiration Roll, a restaurant offering ramen bowls and hand-held sushi “burritos,” opened Sunday at 106 Central Ave. in Downtown Westfield.

Customers can choose from made-to-order sushi rolled up in a sheet of nori and rice, burrito-style, in combinations such as spicy tuna with cucumber guacamole and mango or fresh salmon with cucumber, asparagus, guacamole and picked purple onions, or create their own.

Handmade ramen noodle soup comes with a soft boiled egg in flavors like pork shio made with 10-12 hour pork broth and vegetarian miso.
