SCOTCH PLAINS, NJ -- Thrillist.com called it the “Best BBQ in NJ.” Now, you can call it your local place for Southern BBQ with the Grand Opening of Red, White and Que Smokeshack on Saturday, Feb. 25. The party starts at noon and goes until the food runs out!
Owners Dan and Katie Misuraca (of Red White & Que Smokehouse in Kearny, NJ), Edward Danberry and Ron DeLucia invite you to the first NJ location of Red, White and Que Smokeshack at 2581 Rt. 22 West (next to Bowcraft) in Scotch Plains for a celebration of the American Dream with a good ol’ fashioned BBQ party! Welcome ceremony featuring honored guests for a ribbon-cutting ceremony will include representatives of the area’s VFW and American Legion organizations for local veterans.
The menu at Red, White and Que Smokeshack is simple and honest, the way good southern BBQ should be, including quality meats that are smoked daily on site. From the Carolina Pulled Pork and the St. Louis Cut Ribs to the Texas-Style Brisket all the way to the homemade Mac and Cheese each item is fresh and made in house by a friendly and passionate staff.
“We are living the American dream and look forward to welcoming people to join in our celebration,” noted Dan Misuraca. “After serving our country in the United States Marine Corp, we now get to serve family, friends and even give back to our military’s veterans through our Pay It Forward program,” he concluded.
